I was blessed recently to spend the day with Rhea Leadership touring the department of agriculture, the governors mansion, State Capitol and the State museum.

Mr. Travis gave us a behind-the-scenes look at the legislative process, including a mock vote on a bill he presented.

Remarkably, this day we visited, marked the 175th anniversary of the Tennessee Supreme Court. We met all the Supreme Court Justices, heard a case in the historic courtroom, and listened to Governor Bill Lee share a brief history.

Thank you, Ron and Laura Travis for these amazing memories!

Gov. Bill Lee's proposed FY26 budget includes $280 million to create new state parks, establish the Farmland Conservation Fund, preserve the Duck River, and more. The governor's innovative plan to conserve Tennessee's outdoor heritage balances our state's growth with protecting our natural resources.
