We're sad to announce that we've decided to cancel the Til Death Did They Part Valentine's Day tours. We so appreciate all of our supporters and friends who spread the word and loved the idea! Unfortunately, participation wasn't what we hoped.
Big thanks to our wonderful partners- Fun Coast Tours, Farm to Fit Scratch Kitchen, and Copper Bottom Craft Distillery -who are always willing to go big or go home with us!

For the singles: A private behind-the-scenes tasting and tour at Copper Bottom Craft Distillery hosted by owner and proprietor Jeremy that includes a specialty crafted cocktail and mini tarot readings with Irene Wertley.
For the couples: A delectable "heritage to table" dinner with drinks at Farm to Fit Scratch Kitchen. An intimate setting of 6 couples with a historically inspired three course tapas menu specially created by Chef Brady and Chef Kevin.

One more day until the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Light the Night Walk at Lake Eola. Thanks to friends and family who helped the Dusty's Ghost Walkers Team exceed our fundraising goal! An extra special thanks to Prometheus Esoterica for their generous donation. Pop in for some awesomely spooky coffee or to shop their super cool collection of unique stuff. They sell Dusty's book, Dread and the Dead Filled the Dunnam House, and have been so helpful in getting some of Dusty's many unique collections into the hands of people who will enjoy them like she did. Who knows? That casket plate you buy might have been one she owned!

In the midst of preparing for another storm to hit the area, we pause to remember this night 10 years ago when we said goodbye to Dusty. She was a fighter until the end and she is greatly missed. We think of her often.
The decision to revive her ghost tours for Halloween weekend after so long was not taken lightly. But it felt right. We laughed and struggled but were so happy to share memories of her. And to hear her voice and laughter again. So many wonderful people joined us on that journey and we were bolstered by all of the kind words from both those who literally came along for the ride and many who didn't. I quote, "She was tough, funny and a great friend."
We would be remiss if we didn't also shout out a belated thank you to all the people who helped make it possible:

Haunts of Daytona announces the return of ghost tours to the area for Halloween weekend to celebrate Dusty’s 60th birthday! This year also marks 10 years since she lost her battle with leukemia.
Friends and family are partnering with Fun Coast Tours for a fun and spooky evening of spirits—both the ghostly and the drinking kind! This intimate 12-person-only tour will begin and end at one of Dusty’s regular haunts-local dive bar Drifters Route 1 Bar & Grill. Frequented by her and filled with paranormal activity, it earned a coveted spot in her book “Haunted Daytona.” Then we’ll board a well-equipped air-conditioned party bus to tour Daytona, cruising by several haunted locations and stopping to imbibe along the way.
Join us for a one-of-a kind ghost tour based on the original “Haunts of the World’s Most Famous Beach” tour given by Dusty herself—one of the first and only ghost tours on the east coast of the United States owned & operated by a certified ghost hunter. Guests will hear not only the colorful history and folklore of the area, but also stories documented as true hauntings by the former Daytona Beach Paranormal Research Group, Inc. You will also enjoy an exclusive rum tasting, drink specials (BOGO or discounted) on your first order, and specialty-themed cocktails available for purchase.
Feel free to bring your cameras and any of your own ghost hunting equipment as we do hope to get paranormal activity along the route. Family, friends, and fellow investigators will be available to answer your questions!
