The main dish consists of the authentic Quebec classic poutine, which is the combination of fries,cheese curds & gravy. We have taken this traditional dish and turned it into a unique masterpiece. Our fries are freshly cut and fried to perfection, loaded with fresh cheese curds, homemade gravy and signature toppings. Freshly made-to-order, catering to different taste buds with a worldly experience.

“Since we opened LaFork on April 14, 2016, our mission has always been about more than just food—it’s about treating everyone with kindness and respect. I came across this letter today, a reminder of a homeless man we used to feed daily. He would return to his church and talk about how he felt valued and seen by our team. It’s a powerful reminder that sometimes, the simplest acts of kindness can leave the greatest impact. Treat others as you’d want to be treated and give without expecting anything in return. In the end, it costs so little but means so much. ” 🔙📸
