Fawn is a cozy, moody wine and amaro bar by award-winning chef Terry Koval. With just under 40 seats, the space exudes European charm: think leather booths, soft curved bar, low lighting, and mirrors that expand the space.
Expect amari (that’s herbal liqueurs!), volcanic wines, and cocktails curated by Matt Watkins. Fawn will offer close to 40 varieties of amari from across the globe, served by the glass, in flights, and in cocktails. And to eat — seasonal seafood plates including market-fresh, charcoal-grilled fish and wild shrimp from Brunswick. For dessert, there are creations from The Deer and Dove’s pastry chef Chris Marconi.
