It's time to celebrate everything Hawkeye Stages! Saturday, March 18 is officially Bus Driver Appreciation Day! Hawkeye Stages began in 1954 and has been at the heart of this family owned business ever since. Hawkeye Stages currently has over 45 employees including drivers, mechanics, dispatch, office personnel, and a cleaning crew! Hawkeye serves many local school and college activities throughout Iowa, our own Legacy Student Travel division, our Legacy Tour & Travel group and custom divisions, bank groups, military requests, and so many other charter runs. Needless to say, Hawkeye Stages is one of the busiest divisions in our company and we are proud to call them family! We couldn't do what we do without this team of amazing professionals.

Our coaches have been very busy this summer with student travel groups to Washington, DC. Occasionally, more than one of our beautiful coaches will be parked together for a group photo! We love that!! Recently, Driver Jake parked near one of our former blue coaches which has been purchased for use by a church organization -- what were the odds of that?!

We have retired the last of our big blue motorcoaches. We trade our older models when we bring new ones into the fleet, and with the purchase of the new MCI's, the last of the iconic blue coaches have left us. We will miss them, but we are excited for the new, modern-looking ones!

HELP US STUFF THE BUS!

Today at Hy-Vee, Hawkeye Stages is hosting a Stuff the Bus event for us and Salvation Army Newton, Iowa

Please come by and donate some much needed supplies for the rescue! The bus will be there collecting donations until 5:00 p.m. tonight!
