Hello! Just a few updates on the Homestead!
Contact us to come by for a visit or to book a stay with us! :)
- Frolicking Phoenix, our vintage rental camper now has a much larger refrigerator, new ac/heat, new lights inside and out and strong wifi for longer stays.
- The luxury bathouse is now complete for all guest to use!
- We now have a real compost system setup for all to use!
- Foraging Orange, our other vintage rental camper now has electricity for charging phones, laptops or using small fans along with reliable and consistent lighting inside and out! We also have some new Adirondack chairs for Orange as well.
- Our mushroom logs are growing!
- More signs to better mark trails and navigate the property better are on their way!
- More improvements are always on their way! Come visit and check them out for yourself! :)

My father passed away a couple days ago and David and I are making the drive to CA this upcoming week from East TN. This has all been sudden and we are getting ready to embark on our journey. I will be getting a gofundme up for help with end of life costs very soon.

In the mean time we are hoping to find friends along our journey that we can crash at for the night to help with saving on hotel costs. If I know anyone along this route that is willing to host us, please reach out. Anything helps with this difficult process!

A little late to posting, but here are some pictures from the crazy snow storm we had a couple weeks ago! Water was frozen for a week and the low hit 0°! But, we definitely made the most of it by building snowmen, sledding, and spending family time together!
