Did I spend $23 on a single piece of cake so you didn’t have to? 🍰 Yes, I did.

Overview: 🤓 The Cake Bake is new to the Disney Boardwalk area and has been the height of controversy - primarily due to its pricing and the “is it vs isn’t it worth it” debate.

Review: 😬 I tried “Oprah's 'O' List Mint Chocolate Chip Cake.” I felt the cake lacked the chocolatey flavor I was expecting. The cake’s success was dependent on the excessive amount of mint chip frosting and at one point I debated if I was really just enjoying the chocolate chips. They were solid and I definitely ate the filling up. However, the whole thing was also a sugar bomb and kept me up after I ate it so close to bed. My own fault really - it is cake! 🤣 Bradley enjoyed the cake more than me, but only improved my rating by .5 a point. I am picky when it comes to chocolate cake… even more so at $23 a slice.

💡Jenna’s Rating: 3/5, It’s average. A treat for once in a while when you want something pretty. I’m not rushing back.

I used to live where cherry blossoms bloomed each spring, and this time of year always makes me miss it. 🌸 It’s bittersweet, but without that unexpected moved, I wouldn’t have had so many adventures over the last year!
