fortable furnishings. Completely new kitchen and bathroom, and a bonus sun room that can double as a bedroom. Upstairs is a spacious loft that is air conditioned and carpeted. Enjoy the front screened in porch that runs the length of the house with a sitting area on one side and an eating area on the other and outside in the backyard enjoy the amazing mahogany sun-deck with ample seating. Rinse off after the beach in the large outdoor shower complete with built in locker and bench! The home sits on a 1/4 an acre of land and the yard is completely fenced in - perfect for the kids to play, and adults to relax! Arborway is close to some of the area's most popular attractions - Sundae School Ice Cream Parlor, The Dog House Restaurant, Woolfie's Bakery, and Clancy's Restaurant, as well as shopping, galleries, theater, and golf. Amenities: The fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, toaster-oven, coffee maker, blender, full size refrigerator and gas stovetop and oven. Also has a breakfast bar with seating for 2. There is a table with seating for 4 in the living room as well as on the screened in porch. The comfortable living room has ample seating, color TV, cable, DVD,VCR, and stereo system. Enjoy barbecuing on the gas-grill in the back yard with seating for 6 around the patio table, and lounge on the brand new sundeck. Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, bedroom #2 has 2 twins, and the brand-new air-conditioned upstairs sleeping loft has one full and two twins. The loft has cable TV and a VCR. There is also a sleep sofa in the sun-room. Luxurious 100% cotton bath towels and bed linens are provided, as well as any and all baby equipment per tenant request - porta-crib, high chair, playpen, etc. Also included are beach chairs, an umbrella and sand toys, complete with a wagon for easy transport to and from the beach.

The weeks are flying off the shelf! July is completely rented and only 3 weeks available in August! August 5 - 12, August 19 - 26, and August 26 - September 2, 2023. If you are interested in one of these weeks, book by 12/31/22 to rent at this year’s prices. But don’t wait too long! These weeks will be gone before you know it!
