The house is available to rent from September 19th to October 5th.

Two night weekend stays are $450 and you can add as many weeknights as you like for additional $125 each.

Cleaning fee is included. Linens are BYO but can be rented through our cleaning service for an additional fee.

Almost time for the best beaches on the Cape to officially open for the season!

Summer Beach Opening Information from the Town.

The beaches will be opening back to the regular schedule. We will be open Memorial Day Weekend (Sat, Sun, Mon. the holiday) May 27, 28, 29
We will open the following weekend (Sat., Sun) June 3-4.

There are no parking restrictions currently (plover closures expected)
We will open 7 days a week through Labor Day Monday starting Saturday June 10th.

The gates will be locked according to our summer schedule by the police as well.

The permanent bathrooms will be cleaned twice a day (locked at dusk).

Temporary rest facilities will be cleaned and pumped daily as well.

Concessions will be open Starting the Saturday of Memorial Day as well and following the same schedule above.

Not hitting traffic on the way to the Cape seems downright unamerican.

Traveling to and from Cape Cod will look a lot different over the coming decade. The Bourne and Sagamore Bridges are set to be replaced in the years to come.

We have a last minute cancellation for the nights of Sunday, September 4th to Wednesday, September 7th (4 night, 5 days).

This is THE best time be on the Cape. The water is warm, the businesses are open and the crowds are gone.

Rental fee for the 4 nights is $1,000 plus $150 cleaning fee.

Bed linens and bath towels are NOT included but can be added for an additional fee.
