Be alone with your grief
Embrace your tears as diamonds dripping down your face
Without the drinks
Without the s*x
Without the shopping and the beauty treatments
Who are you?
When you are not distracted from your sadness, how deep does it run?
In the stillness
In the crying
Do you remember who you were
When you were a wife?
When you were a mother?
When you ran a home, and it was your heart’s deep passion
Even in the tiredness?
When you grieve who you were,
Do you allow yourself to deeply feel the pain
And look at the deep wounds?
You say you don’t need help
But then why are you weeping?
Why are you trying to do this all alone?
Tell your friends

Life has been exorbitantly busy. To the point that I stopped creating.
I stopped writing. I stopped posting on social media. I didn’t use my voice and my passion.
I simply drove my delivery truck for 10 hour days and returned home exhausted, depleted. Lacking energy that the Pleasure Psychic needs to serve you in community.
Yesterday was the New Moon. So, I sat down at the end of a weary day in which I tripped and scraped my knees, and I lit a candle at my altar. I cried, asking for life to be easier. Just the other day, I had a rough breakup from a situationship. And my legs cramped at night despite eating bananas and drinking coconut water. I felt lost and sad, a shadow of my former self.
And this message came in, so strong and clear. It was a message for you, and certainly for me too.
You are a Creator.
You are created, and you are a creator.
In this world of duality, you can create any life you want.
But you have been trained to believe that you must only reach for the light, bright, beautiful things.
What about when life, as it inevitably will, gets hard?
You are the all. As Rumi said, you are the universe in ecstatic motion. That means the shadow and the light are all within you.
And the shadows are waiting for you to see them, to love them too. To appreciate that they are here to serve you as a part of the formula for your success.
Don’t buy the lie that we are meant to have only beautiful, easy experiences.
We came here to experience it all. The pain. The suffering.
The ecstatic pleasure would not even exist without deep pain. Not in this realm.
Please remember that you are a Creator. And you can take your shadows and love them into the light. And love the entire process.
I will not be a delivery driver forever. But I will be grateful for the weight I have lost, the strength I have gained, and the people I have met.
I will be grateful that I am forced to get fully into my body each day with this job. As a psychic medium, that is sometimes a challenge. We enjoy playing in other dimensions with the incredible wisdom that they hold.
And there is wisdom here, too.
You are a Creator. What do you want to create next? Go do that with pain and pleasure. I love you.

Every moment in life is a perspective.

I woke up this morning with less than $20 in my bank account.

Yes, this triggers TF out of me and makes me remember a time when I slept on the floor of my room pregnant because I didn’t own a bed. Yes, it reminds me of supporting myself, my son, and my now ex-husband on $36k per year while the ex-husband was unemployed half of the time. Yes, it reminds me of being on Food Stamps/SNAP benefits.

This is when the Tyrant Shadow Archetype comes out in me. (Read until the end to find yours.)

This is when the Tyrant raises its very demanding head and says, “HOW COULD YOU LET THIS HAPPEN???” I neatly place the blame on my own shoulders. After all, we are only accountable for our own actions.

And what about the toxic employer that I was forced to leave right before my birthday in November 2023? I poured my heart and soul into that place, working until midnight, working from 3:30 am. Working endless hours to be sure the families we supported through the nonprofit were safe, fed, clothed?

Working short-staffed, hiring six people in five months, creating all their training plans, and training them, putting beds together, answering the phone because the Admin Assistant was out sick and pretty much everyone else was on vacation or out sick too.

Working my fingers to the bone. Getting sick at least once a month from the stress.

Having that panic attack when I couldn’t breathe because even though I told my boss and her boss, and HR, nothing was done outside of a slap on the wrist for my boss.

And then I went to my office when the cleaning crew was there at 8 pm because I decided my mental health was too precious. I wrote my resignation letter, packed up all my things, and I left.

Before, during, and after I left that job, the Tyrant was alive and well in my mind. The Tyrant was angry when I was forced to start making withdrawals from my retirement account.

And then when I was forced to withdraw it all, the Tyrant was not saying very nice things inside my mind.

Here is where the Perfectionist Shadow Archetype came out in me too.

The Perfectionist in me started to panic as the money dwindled down over the months, and HUNDREDS of rejection emails came back from jobs I had applied to.

The Perfectionist in me hired a resume writer.

And got interviews when I was then declined again.

And this Perfectionist voice said, “How will you get your hair, nails, and lashes done?”

The other part of me, the big heart in me, continued working on my psychic medium business. Because I believe so deeply in my soul’s purpose to inspire you and give you trauma-informed connection to your loved ones on the other side. To hold a safe space for you.

Despite all the logic of knowing the money wasn’t yet coming in – partly because of my move to Denver and needing to re-establish my business – I persisted on.
I fired my marketing team. I did a bo***ir photoshoot (so fun and empowering) to express my DARK to DIVINE concept. I hired a graphic designer to rebrand and relaunch my website.

So today as I woke up, knowing that I have spent thousands of dollars for you, I could choose to stay in the fearful inner Tyrant + Perfectionist vibration.

And yet each moment is a perspective.

And this perspective, this moment, is a moment of creation. In which I am co-creating my most epic chapter yet for you. For us. Because it’s all an illusion that we are separate.

We are one. And we can choose this perspective.

In which all abundance is not outside of us. We are the abundance. And we are always provided for.

I am so rich in my perspective, in part because I know you. And I know everything is always working out for me – just as it is always working out for you.

Dear One,
You have entered the darkness, this chapter of your life that is completely on purpose. We have arranged it for you to be able to understand the power of what is to come. Yes, the light is coming to shine upon your life. But for now, your tears need to flow. You are grieving the end of your marriage. You are grieving your son being far from you. So many things have darkened your life, including the drying up of your money. You needed to experience all these things because these things are what you agreed to do. You wanted to come here to this earth school and understand what it would feel like to experience all these things.
We assure you that you are not alone. And in fact, the darkness is not something to kick and scream against from our point of view. When you accept that the darkness is here to show you how your life is out of alignment, you begin to see that this duality is here to help you grow and to expand your consciousness. You begin to see that when you accept what is and allow yourself to alchemize situations into golden opportunity, your perspective will begin to shift and then eventually your reality will shift too.

I am the Divine Feminine, also known as the fire that pulses through your body. I am she who rises from the ashes, from the serpent of transformation that sheds its skin to the butterfly of joy. I invite you to root down into the earth like the tree, and lift your arms to receive and be and embody the divine flame that you are. For despite the cancellation of Her by the church and organized religions, she is within all of you. She is returning in splendor and celebration. You remember this deep in your subconscious.
