Red Rocks 2014 Summer Season!
2014 Schedule:
Hello Red Rocks Fans! We have a great summer schedule shaping up and we are on target to break Red Rocks records again this year! Shows include everything from James Taylor to Nine Inch Nails, Widespread Panic to Skrillex, the Colorado Symphony to Snoop Dogg. Please check out our NEW online calendar for the full schedule of upcoming shows and events. Also, stay tuned for announcements for returning fan-favorites like Film on the Rocks, Yoga on the Rocks and the Red Rocks Fitness Challenge.
Construction Detours:
Please note that Entrance 2 is still under construction, so for patrons visiting Red Rocks through the early part of the season, please note this minor detour. Will Call is accessible from Entrances 1 & 3. You can access a map online. (LINK)
6,450 Feet Above Sea Level is High Enough:
While personal, private use of ma*****na is now legal in the state of Colorado, it remains illegal to use cannabis in public. Please respect this regulation while you are at Red Rocks.
New Permitted/Prohibited Items:
For the safety, enjoyment and comfort of our patrons, we have made some minor changes to our permitted and prohibited item lists.
Permitted Items
• Non-alcoholic beverages in factory sealed plastic containers, not to exceed 32 oz. (some shows may require the removal of lids upon entering the amphitheatre.)
• Empty plastic water bottles
• Soft sided coolers, six-pack size (10" long x 7" wide x 7" high)
• Cloth bags, soft packs 12” x 17” x 12” (must fit under designated seat)
• Food for personal consumption only. Food must be in a clear plastic bag. Maximum bag size one gallon (11" x 11") Fruit, vegetables must be sliced.
• Binoculars
• Blankets (max size 40" x 60") Blankets must not extend beyond your ticketed seating area
• Seat cushions/soft side seat backs under 18” wide (no items with legs permitted)
• Small, compact umbrellas (24" maximum length) Ponchos preferred
• Small, personal cameras (unless prohibited by show)
• Strollers (folding umbrella style only)
• All personal possessions must fit under the patron's designated seat (18" x 12")
Prohibited Items
• Non factory-sealed beverage/liquid filled containers (including thermoses, bota bags or wine skins)
• Alcoholic beverages, ma*****na or illegal drugs
• Glass bottles or aluminum/steel cans
• Laser pointers (will be confiscated & patron subject to ejection)
• Hard sided coolers
• Soft sided coolers larger than 10" x 7" x 7"
• Audio or video recording devices, professional cameras or cameras with removable lenses
• Weapons or items construed as weapons (e.g., guns, knives, sticks, fireworks totems)
• Bullhorns or noisemakers
• Framed backpacks
• Confetti
• Tarps
• Animals (except service dogs)
• Skateboards or inline skates
• Personal property that is a potential hazard to others (e.g., chains, wallet chains or jewelry with spiked edges)
• Glass objects
• Drones
