Are you feeling crafty?! Need a girls weekend to get those projects done while spending quality time with friends or family?

Our property has a large fully finished basement that we can set up for you with a crafting area for up to 8 people. Here are some recent pictures of ladies getting stuff done! Whether you scrapbook, quilt, heat press, knit, or create anything and need space and time to work on things without distractions this is the perfect place.

4 bedrooms, 3 baths, full kitchen, 2 living rooms, huge laundry room and dining table for 8.

We have great rates in January - April that make this such an affordable option.

Look at what our kitchen used to look like! Several years ago the home under went a full home remodel and just this last year even more updates to make this home comfortable and have all modern conveniences for our guests. Local general contractor Capital Construction did an amazing job on the full design and construction of this remodel.

Four beautiful spacious bedrooms all offer a comfortable and relaxing space with very comfortable beds and lots of pillows! All linens are washed between guests including the duvet covers, which surprisingly isn’t standard for all short term rentals (ummm gross). Our management company Urbanize CO does an excellent job is making sure the home is clean and does not take any short cuts!!

Calling all crafters!! The basement at our property is perfect for your crafting retreats. For a small fee we can have 8 tables, chairs, trashcans and electrical cords set up prior to your arrival. There is a great countertop area with cabinets to set up your extra craft items, goodies to eat, etc. There is plenty of lighting and high speed WIFI and large TV in basement. The owner of the home has attend many crafting retreats in hotels or mountain locations over the years and is excited to be able to offer this set up in Northern Colorado. Whether you are quilting, scrapbooking, Cricut crafts or making gifts we have the perfect place for you! We have a few weekends available before Christmas if you are looking to do something before the holidays. Just make sure to select Crafting Set Up when you check out on booking.

The home features 4 bedrooms with 6 beds (including two kings) so great for up to 8 crafters.
