Quality of Life & Safety Designs, LLC was established in 2008 and is based in Greeley, Colorado. The company staff has over 9 years experience in the life safety installation and design business. Our company is dedicated to the design, engineering and consulting of commercial and residential life safety systems and also provides custom home automation systems. However, our major focus is in commer

cial life safety designs. We pride ourselves on an accurate approach to code design and local jurisdiction requirements– including plan design, CAD originated prints and submittals, system engineering, licensing and permits, and as-builds. Our design team is NICET certified, which is the highest recognized fire alarm certification and completed education in Fire Science Technologies. In addition, we are veteran owned and operated with a communications background and service time with Poudre Fire Authority. Over the years we have worked closely with the Fire Departments throughout Colorado, Wyoming and Nebraska. We have provided design and engineering for, but not limited to, educational facilities (through 12th grade and college level), business occupancies, and medical facilities. These buildings have ranged from single story structures to multi-level projects with a wide variety of square footages. As well as design and engineering projects, we have provided consulting on mass notification systems for college campuses as well as other life safety functions; installation of new fire alarm systems on existing structures; and specialty systems consisting of hazardous materials and the integration with the life safety system. Our designs are intended for more than just a layout of fire alarm requirements. Quality of Life & Safety Designs makes a commitment to each of our clients to maintain a high level of service for the future. With that, we strive to keep not just life safety in mind, but our customers as well by designing efficient and cost effective systems. The administrative package that is prepared with each project is an all inclusive unit describing what equipment is to be installed, operating manuals, programming, how and why the system works, wire charts and zone charts. We constantly research new technologies within the industry, attend continuing educational functions, and stay abreast on the latest codes and requirements. In a changing world, Quality of Life & Safety Designs believes in taking care of our customers.
