Check out this video blog that I created for a property that makes me swoon. I adore getting off the beaten path in Costa Rica and this property embodies exactly what I like for my clients to experience in this lovely destination.

Yesterday was incredible. We visited Taormina and then took a hydrofoil boat from Sicily to the island of Salinas.

The owner of Eolia Winery and their wine maker met us and drove us around the island by vintage post-WWII Jeep to wine taste.

Natasha and her husband Lucca opened Signum Hotel ahead of their typical opening date just for us! At night, you can watch the very active Stromboli Volcano erupt every 10-15 minutes!

Did you know that my #1 requested honeymoon destination is Italy? Greece is the 2nd most requested destination by my honeymooners.

Did you also know that this is the third consecutive year of rising travel prices? The costs for travel this year have risen at an unprecedented 11.2 percent increase over the previous year. What does this mean?

Many times, couples come to me with lofty ambitions and no idea how much to expect a glamorous multi-destination Italy trip will cost. I would like to share some insight from a travel professional.

Realistically, a week in Italy will start at $10k with 10 to 12 day trips running $12k to $15k minimum. Inclusive of accommodations in 4 star hotels, small group tours, transfers, and economy flights for two people. An estimate of $1000 to $1500 per day is a good range to expect for a quality experience.

Chef Wilian Canul treated us like royalty last night! He made a tasting menu so that we could try some gourmet bites! Delicious!

The habanero soup in a homemade bread bowl was much anticipated, and it was indeed incredible! We even got a signed copy of the secret recipe! Bravo to the chef and the team at MB for a lovely dining experience.

We ended the night at the silent disco! So fun to watch everyone dance and sing to music only they can hear.
