2023 beach house dates are now open for booking. Reservations are confirmed when a signed agreement and deposit are received.

New Rates. We intend to keep rates affordable but understand beach-front market rates are much higher. We will continue to maintain the property and make improvements.
Early booking rates available before January 1, 2023:
a. Winter Rates: $225/night (January—March and November – December)
b. Summer Rates: $275/night (April—October)

Effective January 1, 2023, rates increase:
a. Winter Rates: $300/night (November – March)
b. Summer Rates: $400/night (April—October)
