The weather may not be the best in the winter on the Oregon Coast, but the Oregon Coast oysters are definitely the best in the winter. They are so clean, and in perfect shapes (when you get the petite size). Trust us on sizing of the Oregon Coast oysters, even with the Extra-small I got, they were thumb size. 🤣 Unless you love giant oysters, of course!
