New paint job for the SeaHaus ❤️ About 4 years ago, we visited Destin Florida for my mother in law’s birthday. I had never heard of this place in my life. We spent the week laying on the beach in the sun and everyone had a fabulous time. While everyone was hanging out - I could not stop staring at one specific house that was Tiffany Green and copper. I thought it was about the most magnificent thing I had ever seen! How awesome to have a Tiffany green house! I talked about that house for years. I thought about it all the time. I absolutely visualized it. Today- I am pleased to report- we are the proud owners of a Tiffany Green and copper house - 2 blocks away from that house I fell in love with just a few years ago.

Thoughts do become things - AND- Dreams do come true.

SeaHaus has new lighting and exterior fans 😍

The SeaHaus is looking pretty epic! Mr. Perkins painted the ENTIRE interior- all the trim- built the new fireplace replaced all the lighting. Every piece of furniture in the house is brand new and beautiful. We couldn’t be more thrilled at how it looks so far. This has been the ultimate “marriage project” I just tell Don what I want it to look like and he makes it happen. I don’t need to know how 😂 It always looks better than I imagined in the first place. This house has been one of our biggest blessings. We can’t wait to share it with family and friends this year 🥰

The Bunk room is complete! A fresh coat of paint- all new lighting fixtures and a fun new 🏄‍♂️ surfing theme. The bunk room is the hardest to photograph but I would argue this room may have been one of the biggest transformations. The giant TV will surely keep all the kids entertained on the top floor, while everyone will enjoy the updates throughout the rest of the house.
