Hello everyone in my pass guest from Crystal Beach Townnhomes I sold the townhome in November 2023. I signed a purchase agreement today on this property below. I will be renting it out not as much as I did with the townhome, two bedroom I am going to put a full size bunk bed in the guest room along with a full bed. are in the guestroom. There is a sofa sleeper also. It is in a perfect location walk out of the screen porch directly to the pool. There are sidewalks all through the property with beautiful fountains, tennis court pickle ball court basketball court playground fishing lake clubhouse. It is gated short walk to the beach, private beach with beach, chairs and umbrellas.

There are 3 pools on the property. One pool is heated. The largest pool is located right outside of the unit. I am purchasing about 20 steps once you step out of the screen porch.
