One of the coolest magic shows in the world is coming to Destin this summer!

🇺🇸 Residents may experience aircraft noise when the 43rd Fighter Squadron conducts night flying operations in the area.

Each day, F-22 Raptors will conduct missions April 18- 21 at various times between 4:30 p.m. and midnight. These missions are a required part of the 43rd FS training operations.

🇺🇸 Flight and boat operations next week

Residents may experience aircraft noise when the 53rd Wing’s 53rd Weapons Evaluation Group conducts flight and boat operations in the Gulf of Mexico, April 4-7.

Each day, fighter aircraft will release munitions between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. approximately 20 nautical miles south of Destin over the Gulf of Mexico.

The test will be conducted within a cleared range safety area which includes boat surveillance in the gulf. Notices to mariners will be issued prior to
missions. In addition flyers will be handed out at the local marina.
