We do not ask for a 'Security Deposit' or 'Cleaning Fee' when booking any weekly (7 nights) rental. Your check out cleaning fee is included in our published weekly rental rates. A one time cleaning fee of $130.00 will be charged for any monthly or daily rentals. Please compare our published rental rates, plus 11.5% required Florida Sales Tax, with other owner published rates plus their security deposit, cleaning fees, taxes, 'administrative fees', etc. for a real bottom dollar, all inclusive, rental rate package.
