Fondly nicknamed, “Mermaid Pointe,” enjoy your vacation with great peek-a-boo views of the gorgeous Emerald Coast waters. Mermaid Pointe is right across the street from the beach, in the heart of Destin, close to the Destin Commons shopping center, Mid-Bay bridge, and plenty of restaurants to suit any taste. It’s right on Scenic Highway 98, where you can be close to everything, but enjoy a quiet, secluded feel, and a popular walking/bike path, for when you don’t have your toes in the sand. The condo features a numeric lock on the front door, so you can walk across the street to the beach with nothing but your swimsuit and towel; not a worry in the world about keeping up with keys and valuables. You will also be within walking distance of Camille's Sidewalk Cafe, 790 on the Gulf, the Henderson Resort and Spa, Primrose, and the Henderson Beachside Inn, along with many other fabulous restaurants within easy biking or driving distance.
Mermaid Pointe is a second-story end unit/corner condo in a low-rise complex (only two stories), giving it a spacious and separate feel. It is a one bedroom, one bath home that sleeps up to 6 with nautical hallway bunk beds and a pullout sofa in the living room.
This is your comfortable home away from home with a fabulous porch swing illuminated by a wine-bottle chandelier, for either daytime reading, nighttime lounging, or just listening to the waves and dozing off. You can enjoy having meals on the patio, with a table and seating for three.
