We specialize in boutique rental homes in Miramar Beach and branching out on 30A. We ourselves own property as well as we manage properties for other owners! Our main goal is to provide a home away from home, we want you to feel our houses are yours and it feels just like home. All our homes feature a private pool, a golf cart and walking distance to the beach. We are local and are available anytime. The person you book with is the person you talk to the entire time and will answer any of your questions.

Little throw back to this year's Memorial day weekend. We sometimes take a Stay-cation and enjoy what our guests do.
If you are new to our page, welcome! We post when we can, this year has been super busy but you probably already know that! We realize that traffic seems heavier, waits seem longer and early check ins aren't as abundant. Though we would love nothing more than to get yall in sooner so you can beat the crowds, it's always easier said than done.
We also want to make sure that if you have stayed with us before after booking through our VRBO, we definitely book the next time offline to save you those fees and offer a discount! Both properties have a private fenced in pool and you get the privacy of a home with a driveway, walking distance to the beach and no waiting for the elevator to come get you lol
Lastly, our newest house does have a heated pool option for any winter breaks you have! So let us know if we can cater to you and help you relax from your day to day routine!

Gooooood MORNING DESTIN FL! ... (R. I. P. Robin Williams) Soft Shores would like to address a few concerns and questions about vacationing, beaches and closures here on the Emerald Coast. Feel free to share this for anyone who doesn't know us and the information could still be useful for them!
:Side Note: We will not close unless the state tells us too, we simply contact our reservations and give them a few options or a full refund:
1. Governor has stated and shown hospitals to be fluffing numbers of cases throughout the state. Apparently tests were combined when they weren't supposed to.
2. He cannot shut down beaches, but counties can through their own means. Walton County where we are located in a county that does not plan on closing any beaches!
3. Smaller restaurants are closing, but because they suffered through the spring when they weren't allowed open. All the main ones are good and have 50% inside and 100% outside with fans and shaded decks. Bars are a no go for now.
4. Grocery stores are not empty. It's always great to bring a few things just to save money but we have everything if needed.
5. Beaches are not crowded. If they appear crowded to your eyes, we have a ton of places where we can recommend that are more secluded :)
6. We can definitely book off Homeaway, we use Venmo, PayPal and cashiers check. We do Snowbird rentals and if you just want one month, that's fine too!
7. We encourage everyone to be safe in however they deem necessary! We also encourage everyone to take a vacation if they need it... This year has been an up hill battle for everyone and downtime is needed. #destinflorida #vacation #softshores
