Our Story

Having owned condos in Destin before, in 2012 we decided to buy this condo on the beach side. We can wake up each morning and look at the ocean, while sipping coffee. We can walk over to Rick’s for a quick Bloody Mary or fish taco on our way to the beach chairs set up and waiting on us. Our family has come to love this location and the proximity to everything.

We also love the harbor that is just on the other side of the road. There are very places you can be right on the beach and walk to your boat at the harbor. Add in the amazing restaurant on site, tennis courts, 5 pools, and a par 3 golf course. What else could you ask for?

We plan to make this our family spot for years to come and we want your family to experience the joy we do. There are many places to shop, eat, and visit within a couple of miles of the condo. Come relax with us!
