The story of Dinah’s Destin Condo
I have owned and rented a beachfront condo at Sterling Sands since 2012. I always strived to create an excellent experience for my guests, and I succeeded in that effort, keeping the unit rented almost all the time. I always wished I could own the deluxe 2 bedroom floorplan with the master bedroom on the gulf. In 2018 I got my chance. After doing a few renovations, my new condo is available for rent!
This condo is on the 4th floor, is 1200 sq ft, with direct gulf view. Double balcony includes direct access from master suite. You can even see the gulf from the shower! The condo features 2 large bedrooms with king beds and en suite baths. The kitchen features stainless appliances and granite. There is a full size washer and dryer. Complimentary beach service (1 umbrella and 2 beach chairs) is included from March 1 until October 31. There is a reserved parking spot in the parking garage, right next to the elevator.
