A fun and unique feature at my house is automation by Alexa. The coolest automation is a that my house manual is also now an exclusive Alexa skill that can be available on any Alexa device at the house during a guest’s stay. It’s designed to replace the written house manual and answer basic questions I tend to get as a host.

Guest can ask Alexa questions that are normally addressed in my house manual like how to use one of the kitchen appliances, how to set the house temperature, how to set the alarm, or how to checkout. You can ask where things are like utensils, aluminum foil, garbage bags, and pans. It also has emergency contact information as well.

Once initiated, you can ask questions that are normally addressed in the written house manual like how to use one of the kitchen appliances, how to set the house temperature, how to set the alarm, or how to checkout. You can ask where things are like utensils, aluminum foil, garbage bags, and pans. It has emergency contact information as well.

This is what it will help you find: baking pans, cooking pans, eating utensils, cooking utensils, trash bags, paper towel, wine glasses, wine opener, aluminum foil, trash cans, recycle cans, firewood, spices, mixing bowls, measuring cups, waffle maker, rice cooker, mixer, and cutting boards.

This is what it will help you figure how to use: oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, Kuric machine, Nespresso machine, air mattress, home theater, log onto wifi, set the alarm, set the house temperature, and check-out.

Formal Dining Room - The formal dining room is for special occasions. The room features a large crystal chandelier overhanging a beautiful oval cherry dining table with seating for 6. There is also a gorgeous antique waterfall buffet, and tufted bench. The circular window area looks onto the patio and golf course.

Lounge Room - This is the space to relax, read, socialize, or just watch TV. It features two sofas, two lounge chairs, an electric fireplace, and 65 inch TV for watching your favorite shows. It’s nice but tough so please take off your shoes, kick up your feet, and make yourself at home.

THE MAN CAVE is not a cave and not even in the basement. It is a 2000 square foot space with 10 foot ceilings that spans the entire 3rd floor of the house used as an entertainment and socializing dream space. It features a 14 seat home theater (8 of which are electric reclining seats) with a 110 inch screen, 7.1 surround sound, refrigerator, wine chiller, microwave, and eating table that seats 6. The Man Cave also has a separate pool table and lounge area with a 50 inch TV and sitting vignettes all around. The space also features what is called the Conversation Room with lounge chairs, dimmable lights and a bar cart. It was envisioned to be a place where close friends would sit, have drinks, and speak of things only close friends speak about.
