The beach house offers 4 bedrooms, 1 with king sized bed, 1 full bed, 1 bunk with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top and 4 twins beds (in the form of 2 sets of bunk beds) located in the 2nd block to the beach

with ample sleeping for the whole family. Completely renovated bathrooms and kitchen with side screened porch, deck and small fenced in yard. The inviting front deck is perfect for sipping cool drinks, catching the breeze and relaxing with family and friends. Two private parking spots plus plenty of off street parking makes this the perfect vacation spot. Walk to downtown Dewey beach and enjoy the nightlife and water sports or jump the Jolly Trolley and go into downtown Rehoboth Beach to enjoy the boardwalk, shopping and some of the finest dining in the area. This house is located just a short walk to the beach--1.5 blocks. The house is situated on a quiet street in a family friendly neighborhood. This is family friendly beach house comes complete with a fisher price portable booster seat (with tray and straps), a pack and play with a deluxe mattress, push toys and a jumperoo (see picture). We understand that baby gear tends to take up a lot of space in the car so we have provided these things for you! There are also night lights, removable cabinet locks, some outlet covers and plastic "kid-friendly" plates/cups/bowls and utensils. With 5 kiddos, the house is well prepared for your family!

Spent the morning getting the front porch ready for our summer guests! Then we headed up to Fifer's Farm Market Cafe for their amazing apple cider doughnuts! Their breakfast and lunch menu is in our menu drawer in the kitchen!! Yum!!

We have two open weeks for rental this summer. June 23-30 and August 25- Sept. 1. The house is super cute and it sleeps 11. We are NOT interested in renting to high school/college student as this is our family beach house. No pets permitted due to allergies. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood 1.5 blocks from the beach.We also have some availability this Spring. If you are interested please send me a PM.
