Fun Fact #6: My favorite place to travel locally is Saint Louis. My family and I make sure to visit at least once a year and we really enjoy exploring the Zoo, City Museum, and The Magic House. There is something to do for everyone in STL, no matter your age or interests. Make sure to stop and see the Gateway Arch, too! It's such a massive piece of architecture that it took two and a half years to complete its construction, and it's absolutely beautiful! - Brandy

So, after our brief hiatus, we are back with Fun Fact #5!! With smartphones in just about everyone's pocket, you may think it is just easier to book your travel needs yourself. But travel agent use is actually on the rise! One third of the 284 billion dollar U.S. travel market are reservations made by travel agents. And those tech-savvy millennials? 41% are making their reservations through travel agents! Your time is valuable, so spend it wisely. Travel agents have all of the secrets and tools of the trade right at our fingertips.

Fun Fact #3: When you travel frequently, you're bound to eventually encounter some things that are just beyond your control, like delayed flights or a last minute change of plans. Life is unpredictable like that.... and that's why having a travel agent handle your bookings is so important! When those occasions arise, you can rest assured we will work diligently to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Here at ETD, we avoid using the word "problem." It's just a situation, and every situation has a solution!
