Just checked in to Universal’s Surfside Inn and Suites. This property is gorgeous and even the standard rooms are very spacious! When we checked in, we were upgraded from standard view to pool view and it is AMAZING!!

So we decided to try at least one new restaurant this time around. We didn’t get any pictures while we were there but let me tell yall, Whispering Canyon is a restaurant some have been sleeping on! It is located at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge and they serve some AMAZING barbecue! The atmosphere of this restaurant speaks to my southern home grown soul! We ate, we did the Hokey Pokey and we watched TONS of ketchup go from one table to the next! If you like Barbecue, go check out this restaurant!!
