"Travel Agent" Because "Miracle Worker" Isn't an Official Job Title!

This pouch couldn’t be more accurate! As a travel agent, I wear many hats—planner, problem-solver, therapist (yes, really), and sometimes even magician. And if there’s one word that perfectly sums up what it’s like to be a travel agent, it’s pivot.

Pivot (verb): to adapt or adjust quickly to change, especially when the unexpected happens (which is pretty much all the time in travel planning!).

In the first eight months of running my business, I’ve learned that no matter how perfectly a trip is planned, something will almost always require a little magic behind the scenes:

✈️ A canceled flight? Pivot.

🏨 A last-minute room upgrade request? Pivot.

🍴 A fully-booked restaurant for that special night? Pivot.

And the best part? My clients don’t even have to stress about it—I take care of it all while they enjoy their trip (or countdown to their departure).

So while "miracle worker" isn’t on my business card, it might as well be. If you’ve ever worked with a travel agent, know this: we do a lot more than just book trips. We make the impossible possible—and we pivot every step of the way!

As 2024 comes to a close, I can’t help but reflect on the incredible journey I’ve had since starting my travel agency in May. To my friends, family, and all of my amazing clients—thank you from the bottom of my heart for trusting me with your travel plans this year.

In just eight months, I’ve been blessed with way more business than I ever imagined. From long hours to late nights, every moment has been worth it because I get to do what I love—helping you find the perfect vacation for your unique needs.
