The 40th Annual Pelican Festival will be held at the Wolf Creek Park, Grand Lake, Grove Oklahoma on Thursday, October the 5th - Sunday, October the 8th. This annual event celebrates the fall migration of the American White Pelicans that return to the waters of Northeast Oklahoma’s beautiful Grand Lake O’ the Cherokees. Activities at this year’s Pelican Festival will include a Miss Pelican Festival pageant, a parade, a car show and arts and crafts plus food vendors. Bring the kids and enjoy the Pelican Festival’s carnival and stick around for live entertainment. Come to the Pelican Festival and marvel at the sight of boats on the waters of Grand Lake.
