Quick moment of reflection:

Just received some beautiful photos from a close friend currently on an anniversary getaway with her husband at a hotel and spa I booked for them.

This happened while I was looking for flights and hotels from another close friend looking to attend a wedding next year with her family.

Yesterday yet another friend confirmed her safe arrival at a destination I booked for her a few weeks ago.

I’m really excited about and grateful for this new venture. It provides an avenue for me to experience different parts of the world through friends and clients. Also, to combine my love for writing and photography when posting and advertising places to visit. Most importantly to fund this jet fuel abuse addiction because I have places I need to travel to LOL!

Here’s a few things I love about travel, or just a getaway of sorts:⠀⠀

The excitement of a different atmosphere and space. Whether it’s a staycation or a far away place, there’s rejuvenation in surroundings different from what you’re accustomed to on a daily basis. ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Airports. I love airports! From the people watching to the fact that this hub is the beginning stage of yet another adventure, I just love them! Obviously not all airports are created equal, but they all become part of the journey. I love that!⠀⠀
⠀⠀
One of my favs is personal expansion. I know through meeting people or just living life differently for a few days, I am guaranteed to come back filled with experiences and knowledge I may have never had before.⠀⠀
⠀⠀
FOOD!!!! The “Oh my God that sounds so good!” syndrome! I love researching restaurants, perusing their menus and wine lists while salivating at how I imagine the dishes I would choose actually taste. What I love even more is going to these restaurants and inhaling their food! ⠀⠀
Reconnection. I love returning to places where I’ve made solid friendships💕 The energy recharge, catch up conversations and belly laughs are truly priceless.⠀⠀
