If you are interested in working with us at one of our three state historic sites in Douglas, WY for the 2025 summer, we have positions open for maintenance and visitor service associate at Fort Fetterman State Historic Site, (POW) Camp Douglas Officers’ Club State Historic Site, and Wyoming Pioneer Museum. Jobs usually start mid-May thru August. You must be willing to work most Saturdays and holidays.

Save the date! Our 2025 History Conference will occur on Saturday, April 26 from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at The Playhouse at 7 N Main Street, Buffalo, Wyoming. Tickets are not available yet but we are taking reservations. "Wyoming and World War II" will feature presentations on POW Camp Douglas and Camp Douglas Officers Club from Superintendent Jenna Thorburn and Friends of Camp Douglas Tione Willox; Casper Army Air Base from Wyoming Military Department John Woodward; and the Wyoming Bomber Crash of 1943 from Jim Gatchell Museum Director Sylvia Bruner.
