Disney World News! 📰📢

WDW announced today the pilot launch of its Lightning Lane Premier Pass, which will start on October 30, 2024. Available exclusively to Deluxe Resort guests only for purchase up to seven days in advance, this pass provides one-time entry to Lightning Lane entrances throughput the parks much like Universal's Express Pass. Key features include no time selection requirement and single theme park limitation.

Pricing is a little steep for this new perk but is NOT required to purchase when planning your trip to DisneyWorld.

Always known for their exceptional service, Disney World cast members (employees) are in a whole other league of their own.
Orlando was not part of the evacuation area, and so those tourists who were already on their vacations were allowed to stay at their respective resorts (minus those at Wilderness Lodge and camping areas). And these wonderful workers stayed and took care of them all, and as always, went above and beyond what their jobs require. ❤️

Situations like this highlight the importance of booking vacations through a personal travel agent.

Phone wait times this week with Disney World alone have been 6-8 hours. Having a TA on your side means having someone to provide updates, discuss options, and be an advocate for your family.
