HAASS BLUEBERRY BOURBON PECAN JAM PORK LOIN

Ingredients
• 2 3½ pound boneless pork loin roasts, tied to hold shape (7 lb. total)
• ½ jar HAASS Blueberry Bourbon Pecan Jam
• 2 garlic cloves, finely grated
• Kosher salt
• Chicken broth for deglazing
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Rub the pork loins all over with the olive oil and garlic and season generously with salt. Set in a large cast iron skillet and pour the chicken stock around the pork. Roast the pork loins, basting occasionally, for 1 hour.
2. Remove the pork from the oven and brush all over with ½ cup of the blueberry jam. Return the pork to the oven and roast for 10 to 20 minutes more, or until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the loin registers 140-145°F.
3. Remove the skillet from the oven. Transfer the pork to a carving board and loosely cover with foil. Let rest for at least 20 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, place the skillet on the stovetop and add the remaining cup of chicken stock. Cook over moderately-high, scraping up any browned bits on the bottom of the pan. Add the remaining cup of jam and cook, stirring occasionally, until you have a pan sauce thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
5. Carve the roasts and arrange on a platter. Drizzle with the blueberry-bourbon pan sauce and serve right away!

🍗🍔 Try out these two awesome recipes using Haass’ Champagne Garlic Honey Mustsrd‼️

**Champagne Garlic Honey Mustard Chicken**

Ingredients
• 1 1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 2 Tsp. Olive oil
• Salt & Pepper to taste
• 1 Tbsp. Chopped parsley
• Cooking spray
• 1 Jar Haass’ Champagne Garlic Honey Mustard


Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium high heat.
2. Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper. Place chicken in pan and sear on both sides until golden brown.
3. Coat a rectangular baking dish with cooking spray.
4. Spread half of the Champagne Garlic Honey Mustard into the bottom of the dish.
5. Arrange chicken breasts on top of mustard, then drizzle the remaining mustard on the top of the chicken. Cover with foil, then bake for 20 minutes.
6. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Garnish with parsley, then serve.

**Champagne Garlic Burger**

Ingredients
• 2 Lbs of ground beef (80/20 fat)
• 1 Lb of ground Pork
• ¾ of a Jar of Haass Champagne Honey Garlic Mustard
• 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic
• ½ tablespoon of Adobo Seasoning
• a dash of salt and pepper
• Gruyere Cheese or your favorite cheese
•
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients together except the Gruyere Cheese.
2. Form patties with a piece of Gruyere cheese folded into the middle of each patty.
3. Grill and add a slice of Gruyere on each burger patty at the end of the cook time.
