Big Crooked Home on double lot with sandy beach. Home is 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, sleeps 12 plus. It is set up as two separate units (no interior staircase), perfect for multiple families. Main floor has enormous living room with dining area, 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds, 1 bathroom with tub/shower combo and double bowl vanity, laundry room with washer/dryer and eat in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, full size stove, French door refrigerator, built in microwave, dishwasher, stand alone beverage cooler and is well stocked with kitchen essentials including a Kuerig, regular coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pots and more. Basement finished in 2018 with 2 large bedrooms, each with a queen bed and twin bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower, sitting area, and kitchenette with sink, full size refrigerator, microwave and is well stocked. All indoor furniture and beds purchased in 2018-2020. Linens are replaced on a constant basis. Large patio has a brand new propane grill, plenty of seating and a fire pit. Home has central air conditioning, high speed internet access, smart TVs in all 3 bedrooms and living room and kitchenette.
House sits on a large hill but has 58’ of sandy beach. Newer Pier is set with space to bring your boat. Parking for 6 vehicles (tandem parking). No smoking allowed in the house. Tenants will not have access to the garage.
Weekly rentals, Saturday to Saturday. We will consider 5 night rentals. Occupancy is 12 people.
Signed contract and deposit are required for all reservations.
