Knowlton HOA in LA is really stepping up their game by improving safety by replacing their old emergency staircase flushmount lights and exit signs to new energy efficient bright LED lights. Increased safety and reduced electric bill :) We changed 16 flush mounts and 7 exit signs.

Over 1,100 LED tubes were installed to replace old fluorescent tubes. This sizable market went from 32W per tube to 12W. This means that they are now spending 63% less for their lighting bill. Last week, we had a tankless water heater project at a residential home in Anaheim. This home is saving water and gas with this new tankless water heater. Also it is a space saver in the garage. Since tankless water heaters can heat up water "instantly" when used, there is considerably less energy wasted heating a stored amount of water around 30 gallons. We specialize in energy and water efficiency, but we also specialize in renovations as well. This home in Rancho Palos Verdes remodeled their kitchen while changing their lighting to LED. It was a stunning combo that led to a much sharper looking kitchen. The cabinets, countertops, island, lighting, and flooring were done.

Holiday Inn in Torrance just had 820 4' fluorescent tubes replaced with LED tubes and 361 halogen downlights replaced to LED downlights. This place is looking sharp and crisp while saving tons on electricity. Phase II is in the works and will involve Parking Lights, and more Downlights and tubes outside to spread the savings to the exterior lights as well. More photos to come soon!

The parking light in the courtyard of Highpoint Church has been replaced from a dingy and dim yellow light to super sharp LED parking lights. The difference was literally between night and day!

This LED renovation project took almost two weeks with 2 parking garages and the hotel. Hydrolux Corp is extremely thankful to the new GM Kenan, the engineering and front desk staff for all their help and understanding during the installation period. It would not have been possible without you guys. Hydrolux Corp is also very happy and excited that the staff and customers at Residence Inn Beverly Hills love the new crisp lights. Looking this good while saving electricity and money never felt better :) I want to also recognize the Hydrolux Corp install crew for their dedication and hard work.

From May 1-10, 2017, Hydrolux Corp invested most of its manpower and resources to install 20 AC's and 6 condensers over a space of 18,000 sq feet at Highpoint Church. That's a lot of pipes and wiring ;) One thing we learned and that we learn time and time again is that nothing is easy. Lots of work, dedication, and sleepless nights brought about this installation to completion.

This is what a shopping spree for a contractor looks like. Picking up supplies for a huge HVAC job installing two 1.5 ton and eighteen 1 ton units with 6 condensers at Highpoint Church on 5/1/17.

Highpoint Church in San Diego is getting the roof repaired to improve energy efficiency, repair damages due to time, and prevent any leaking. This huge project begins by removing all the existing tiles, cleaning/repairing them, removing trash and debris that has accumulated over the years, replacing bad wood, laying new underlayment felt, and putting the refurbished tiles back in place. The church is looking fantastic and after photos will be coming soon!

This particular location was being tagged and harassed by graffiti. As soon as they heard that Hydrolux Corp had a solution, we went out to cover a portion of their wall to demonstrate how this clear and glossy coating will seal the wall so that it can never be tagged again.
