There is a Summit House Main Lodge with Summit Apartment on the first floor (now under new ownership). The Rose and Goat Retreat offers vacation stays, weekend getaways, short term extended stays, and longer term stays. Main Lodge can be booked for a weekend or a few days. Guests are VIP and get exclusive access to the outdoor amenities so can book either one or the other depending on the season!

Our Story

Berkshires Destination Wedding Venue and Wellness Retreat on a 50 acre property located at the top of Florida Mountain. There is a Summit House main lodge and 2 additional cottages spread across the property. The Rose and Goat Retreat offers vacation stays, weekend getaways, short term extended stays, and longer term stays and in 2019 will begin offering Wellness Retreat Weekends. The 2 cottages are for longer term rentals for those who wish to make this their home, while the Main Lodge can be booked for vacation stays or extended stays between residences. We offer weekend getaways and weekly family vacations year round and from May to October we can accommodate Weddings, Family Reunions, Wellness Retreats, and unique Business Retreats. Please call us with your vision and ideas for what you want - we love to accommodate!
