For those who are opposed to non-property owners using the amenities, I suggest you turn your anger towards Crown resorts and the board of directors. I received this information directly from the woman in crowns office. Anyone can walk in off the street and rent a condo for a week and have full access to all of the amenities plus bring in their boat. If you think I’m wrong, go down to Crown‘s office and ask them yourself. Crown pays 120% of an assessment to have full access. The current STR proposal wants me to pay 200% of an assessment plus $200 for a pool pass that’s only good Monday through Thursday. The current proposal only applies to 40 to 50 lots. Item 3 and the restrictions clearly states that all policies have to apply to each and every lot. If the board of directors doesn’t want to follow the rules how can they expect the rest of us to follow the rules.
