It is perfectly situated between the sea and the sound on a narrow slip of land in Northern Duck. The walk to the private beach access is down a quiet lane with no streets to cross. The access to Currituck Sound is just as close with only one road to cross. This cozy cottage sleeps eight and is perfect for families with children. Enjoy the best of the Outer Banks this summer!
We do not allow pets due to allergies. Additionally, linens, bath towels and beach towels are not provided and are the responsibility of the guest.

Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Area at Dreamcatcher..... a wide open space for your family to cook, rest, and recharge for the day's adventures! The coffee/wine bar has a drip coffee pot as well as a Keurig for your use. The brand new refrigerator/freezer can hold all you will need for your stay. And, you'll love the brand new leather power recliner sofa and lounge chair with USB ports!

Bunk Room at Dreamcatcher.... this room has a twin over full bunk bed.... great for the kiddos! There is also a kid size game table and a tv with a dvd player (not a smart TV). This room shares a jack-n-jill bathroom with Queen Room #2.

Dreamcatcher has seen many updates over the winter. The new blue siding sure makes the place look cheery. And, we’ve brightened two of the bedrooms with fresh paint. The old couch and lounge chairs have been replaced with a beautiful leather sofa and chair that have power recliners and built in usb ports. Check out the photos to see more additions and updates…

We've had some frosty weather in Duck recently! Thankfully, Dreamcatcher got her facelift done prior to the inclement weather. Check out this new siding!!

Dreamcatcher is booking nights in December and January! If you are looking for a relaxing getaway for you and your family this winter, please consider a short trip to Duck, NC to stay in our cozy beach cottage, Dreamcatcher! There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with enough sleeping space for 8. It's a small home and is ideally suited to two small families vacationing together. And, if you must work remotely, we have 1G, the highest internet speed available. The pool will be closed until Spring, but the hot tub is up and running and is the best place to watch the sunset or catch a view of the stars after the kiddos have gone to bed. The off season is the best time to head to the beach.... still plenty of shops and restaurants open, but no crowds or traffic.
