Sending our deepest condolences to the family who tragically lost some of their loved ones in the Kill Devil Hills house fire. In addition we’re sending our thoughts to the homeowners in Duck who thankfully escaped when their home was hit by lightning.
Our community of firefighters and first responders work very hard to ensure the safety of everyone who visits and lives here and we know they worked extra hard that night. Thank you for all you do! We truly appreciate you guys! Please send your continued prayers to all involved in these horrific fires. Stay safe everyone!

The fire happened at a four-bedroom home at 1800 North Virginia Dare Trail that was historically designated in 2011.
