The first release of next summer season. Our only Soundside home which is a gem. Especially for pup lovers!

A few reminders- rates include cleaning, linens, and first pet free. AND THE GOLF CART IS INCLUDED WITH THIS HOME!!! Mabel the 6 seater street legal golf cart that yes, has beach parking too. Also available is a double kayak for your use.

Add 12.75% for taxes. We do require a refundable security deposit as well.

Salty Story is BIG. Over 4,000 square feet. AND IT HAS AN ELEVATOR.

Yes, an elevator. Story has decks galore, our biggest pool, and distant ocean and sound views. OH WAIT- it also has a claw foot tub on top level deck for amazing bathing al fresco. is our latest edition. Tons of masters, great pool space, fantastic location and a glorious screened in porch.

Hey all past guests!! Last year was rough health wise for me and it limited a lot of what I can normally collect and prepare to promote our homes authentically. I typically like to use real life images because- heck, everyone wants to know the reality of what the house, duck, beach, etc are really like.

If you are willing to share any great content- videos, photos, etc with us that we can use as we promote for 2025 season I would be so grateful and give photo cred. If anyone has super savvy content creators and they made some great clips I will pay for those too if they could work for promo.

Woohoo!!! Our first guests of the season at Salty Story!

Welcome Guidone family and a HUGE thank you to them for their flexibility. Sometimes things happen (like a pipe bursting) and it puts a doozy on your arrival. But this family has been so great- have a wonderful week celebrating a beautiful milestone!

Soak it all up, swim a lot, take Mabel for a cruise and watch all those gorgeous sunrises and sunsets.
