Today we took a roadtrip to Atlantic City, which is only a 2 hour and 10 minute drive from us in Baltimore. We started at Island Water Park inside of the Showboat, which had plenty of slides for kids AND adults๐a huge lazy river, 2 swimming pools but I believe one is for adults only during the summer season. They have lockers for your storage, plenty of seating areas all around the park. They also have cabanas you can rent for a fee. Plenty of food, ice cream, beverage options(non alcohol and alcohol options๐) It was a really fun experience for my Son and I. We ended the night playing mini golf and the arcade games at Lucky Snake which is also inside of the Showboat. Thereโs also a roller skating rink AND a speedway!๐๐ฝ The hotel also has an indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Itโs literally SOOO much to do that you really never have to leave out of the hotel. There are 2 restaurant options available also. OR you can head out to the boardwalk which is right out the door and thereโs plenty of other food options in the casinos next door. This was a perfect overnight trip for us and I feel it was pretty affordable if you plan accordingly. Which thatโs where I COME๐๐พโโ๏ธand help you to plan this fun getaway for your family!
