PAYMENT

Currently accepting payment via PayPal or credit card only. If you are ordering outs

ide of Etsy.com, you will receive an electronic invoice via email after settling details on a new creation. A link will be provided to confirm your order and securely submit payment. NOTE - If you order via Etsy.com, payment will be processed when the order is placed. It's quick and easy to use Etsy.com. Visit www.gypsythread.etsy.com. Custom orders will be started as soon as payment has cleared. SHIPPING

All items are shipped within 2 business days of your payment clearing, with the exception of custom orders*. Delivery confirmation is included in the shipping price. You will receive an email confirming shipment within 24 hours of departure. If you wish to purchase insurance or expedited shipping for your package, please send an email to Carey (at) GypsyThread (dot) com BEFORE completing your transaction so that shipping charges can be adjusted. Standard purchases will be shipped to your PayPal or payment address. If you require shipment to another address, if you are sending a gift perhaps, please let me know in the comments section when placing an order. FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, the buyer is responsible for all customs fees, duties, and import charges that are levied at the time of delivery. Please contact your local Customs Office for more information. It is illegal for Gypsy Thread to mark items as gifts or lower the value. Please do not ask me to do so.

If you are unhappy with your item for ANY reason please let me know. For exchanges or refunds, please contact me within 5 days of delivery via Etsy's Convo system if purchased through Etsy, or email at Carey (at) GypsyThread (dot) com for non-Etsy purchases. Refunds will be issued after the item is returned and determined to be in the same condition in which it was shipped. Shipment charges to and from Gypsy Thread are at your expense. Everything is created in a smoke free home. Perfumes and heavy scents bother me, so they will not be present on your items either.

• COLORS
Due to differing monitor and computer color settings, the colors you see might not exactly match the actual colors of the items in my shop. I do make every attempt to photograph in natural light and describe the colors to you.

• CUSTOM ORDERS
I love custom orders! Simply let me know what you want and I will find a way to make it happen, either by my own hands or with the help of another trusted boutique.

• GIFTING
If you are sending an item as a gift, please indicate this in the comments section of your order. Details, such as the delivery address and message for the complimentary gift card, should be clearly stated. For more information please send an email to Carey (at) GypsyThread (dot) com.
