Kitchens are for gathering. We know how important family time is so a large table was super important to us when designing. Plenty of room for everyone to sit, eat and talk about the day.

On another note… that wallpaper!?! We couldn’t let the pink exterior be the talk of the town so we added a wall of flowers and palms.

We did it. We finished the Highland House and it’s going live this week. This 4/2 house located in downtown Dunedin will be rentable on Airbnb and Vrbo. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. She is one pretty lady. Looking forward to sharing her with the world. 💕

🦩🦩🦩🦩🦩🦩🦩🦩🦩The Highland Cottage has had its share of guests over the past 2 months. We are so happy with the way it turned out. 2/1 with a large fenced in yard, dartboard, beanbag toss, beach supplies..... we know guests feel like they are right at home and in a tropical paradise while visiting Dunedin. Thankful is an understatement!

Our newest project The Highland House will be up and running April 1st., our largest property a 4/2 home walkable to downtown.
