Triangular head does not mean it's venomous. Most snakes will flatten their heads to appear Triangular when they feel threatened.

Hatchling Eastern yellow-bellied Racer (Coluber constrictor flaviventris)

Harmless and will eat anything it can overpower including other snakes.

In under 5 min we found 3 rough earth snakes and one rather large earthworms, which happens to be the near exclusive diet for rough earth snakes.
