This customer had 20 nice weaned steers we sorted up for him. Average weight 630 pounds at $2246 dollars per head! I bet he was happy he chose the DS! 😎

Great sale great market! The numbers are holding steady with the amount of rain and the grass season upon us!

The market continues to impress. We had a small package of 7 weight steers yesterday that weighed 711@ 3.21lb ($2282) per head! 🔥💪💪

$4 dollar mid 5 weight steers right off the cow was the big talk yesterday here. Gotta have the right cattle and the right buyers to pull that off. We are very thankful for both sides of that equation.

Heifers born in autumn reach puberty earlier than those born in spring. Exposure to spring-summer temperatures and photoperiods during the second 6 months of life reduces age at puberty regardless of season of birth. Photoperiod may be the major seasonal cue that influences puberty onset in cattle.

✅ you may have to step off said horse at some point in the day, please be physically able and willing to do so.
