A North Carolina native, Jay is a business development leader with proven expertise in both global financial and real estate markets. He is President of Bull City Equity Partners, LLC., Durham, NC and owner of BHRAMARI Brewing Company, Asheville, NC. Throughout his career Jay has maintained a passion for real estate development with a particular interest in historic preservation and urban renewal. David is a gifted visionary who's entrepreneurial spirit is complimented by his energetic drive. He is founder and president of Riverbank Custom Homes, Inc. an award winning construction company located in Durham, NC. David has over 10 years experience as a licensed general contractor. He is design conscience and results oriented and as a native of Durham, David has a keen understanding of the local housing market and historic infrastructure. He lives in the historic Watts Hillandale neighborhood with his wife, Kelly and three children, Peyton, Haven, & Salem.
