On the Rocks Cottage, Twin Pines Shanty, Lil' Woody & The Hideaways on RR 5 cottages on the "quiet side" of Table Rock Lake... perfect for your next vacation! We are listed We are located 15 minutes north of Eureka Springs, AR.

We, Darrin & Chalea Jacobs and Eldon & Vickie Lawless, welcome you to our five quirky lake homes on the quiet side of Table Rock Lake. It is a short 10 minute drive to Roaring River State Park. Branson is a 45 minute drive and so is Rogers/Bentonville. On the Rocks Cottage is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with a loft and will sleep 10 in the main house. The bunkhouse sleeps 6 and has a bath w/ showe

r and an adorable vintage-mini kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen & laundry. Twin Pines Shanty is an adorable small space that sleeps 6. We have 2 queen bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. This shanty has a complete kitchen, dining, utility area fully furnished. The bathroom has a shower. There is a great deck space on the wooded lakeside of the house. It is just doors from On the Rocks and they are both located directly across from the Eagle Rock Marina. Lil’ Woody is perfect for a couple....with dog! It sleeps 4 and is fully furnished minus laundry facilities. It has a great deck on the lake side too.....and covered parking! The Hideaways on Rickety Ridge are in progress and we will be posting updates. Each house will sleep 6. 2 bedroom/2 bath with lots of great outdoor space tucked in the trees above a ridge on Table Rock Lake. We are currently taking bookings for 2023. We hope to be ready to see you at the latest additions by mid-fall 2022. We would love to have you on your next vacation, family get-together or for whatever reason!

“It may be cold outside, but that doesn’t mean the flowers are gone! Have you ever seen a frost flower? Technically, they’re not flowers, but these natural wonders are just as beautiful! In late fall, plant stems burst with the first hard freeze. Their roots, however, keep pushing sap up the stem from the warm ground. The sap pushes its way through the broken stem and is frozen into delicate ribbons by the cold, outside air. Frost flowers are usually gone by mid-morning, and they only form on some Missouri plants like dittany and white crownbeard.”

The and were in the house(s) this weekend! Coach Kemper hauled his team to for a fun experience before their season kicks off. 🏀🏀🏀

It is such a fun group of girls from ALL OVER THE WORLD! Check out the mileages on some of the signs they painted for us….. & 😲

They had an awesome season last year! Go check out their schedule & give them a watch! To all of our Kansas Peeps…. they play KState in early December and Arkansas friends….they play the Razorbacks late that same month!

This place is truly unreal and a total trip back in time. That is my ol’ friend Ken (he used to shop with us at VC in Eureka). I have seen many videos over the years of this place……nothing changes and it is STILL available.

We will have bonfire 🔥 logs 🪵 for years! Shampoo & crew came through yet again. They have spent the entire summer cleaning up after the big storm that happened in May. We lost several HUGE trees. Excited for some cooler days so we can get the splitter fired up!

Don’t forget to bring all of the fixins’ for ! We will provide the firewood.

Guess what’s about to go down? 💜💜🏀🏀💜💜

We get to host the Basketball Team and we are pumped!

This team had an AMAZING year! They were undefeated at home and went on to compete in the Semifinals of the ASUN championship. They are gearing up for next season but get to have a little fun on first!

Great job gals & we can’t wait to meet you all in person. We were able to watch them last season when they played the Razorbacks in Fayetteville. Fun stuff to watch. It was a fun season to follow & can’t wait to see what they can do this year!

We are kinda partial to the handsome bald guy. Their head coach is my very tall baby cousin!

People ask us all the time about the distance between the houses, to the marina and if we are actually on the lake. Thanks to my friend Jared Hoffpauir Photography, this should help answer a lot of questions.

Our little wing of is great for family reunions, weddings and other gatherings. We can sleep almost 40 people between our 5 properties. There are several other houses that I help with, that are SUPER close in case more space is needed!

The Lil’ Woody at Twin Pines is a studio space with full kitchen and bath and sleeps 4. It has a great deck with a fabulous view of the lake and the Marina. This is great as an addition to either of the other properties when you have someone that wants their own space away from the rest of your party. On the same property but private.

The are all located directly across from the Eagle Rock Marina. We would love to have you on your next vacation!
