Better yet, this property is located on the water and is just minutes from downtown Greenville, SC, Paris Mountain, Furman University, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. A perfect place to study, relax, or retreat. Don't forget to bring your kayak and bike! The Main Lodge sleeps six, is fully furnished and includes three bedrooms and two full baths. The Boat House is a fully furnished two room cottage th

at sleeps four. The Cabin, a fully furnished efficiency cottage, sleeps two. Long and short term rentals are available for the Cabin and Boathouse. Short term rentals are only available for the Main Lodge.

Work is starting in our area! This is at the top of Pistol Club Road, headed toward Ridge Point. Projected time for power is 11:45 pm Sunday, October 6th.

Hurricane Helene marked her spot in history. Thankful for no real damage - trees can be removed and kayaks can be replaced. Chainsaws welcome - free firewood!

An aluminum wall on the front porch of the Main Lodge at Lakepoint on the Saluda was finished today. The irises are in full bloom, spring has arrived, new swings are ready to be put to use! Come see us! Our Airbnbs are some of the best in the upstate!

Lakepoint is your perfect base camp for any outdoor adventure! This is the 3rd year in a row we have had the privilege of hosting these guys as they visit Greenville for the Gran Fondo Hincapie Ride. It is a beautiful day as riders from all over the globe will bike through the foothills into the mountains. First

A big “thanks” to all our 2021 guests! It has been a pleasure and privilege to share this slice of the southeast with you! Airbnb just awarded us SuperHost again. A new roof is being finished on the Main Lodge this week. Fishing is great, the kayaks are ready, and we are excited about all that 2022 holds! Come see us!
