Spellman Point Lake House is all set to welcome you! We have stained the decks, arranged comfortable sitting areas, and added fresh mulch to create a beautiful ambiance. Just pack your bags and come to enjoy the serene surroundings. During our recent kayak trip around Markham Bay, we spotted three majestic Bald Eagles soaring right above our decks! We were so captivated by the sight that we couldn't even paddle fast enough to grab our cameras for a perfect shot. It was truly a breathtaking moment!

Take a look at our newest outdoor amenities...a beautiful outdoor shower and new & larger 5-burner grill with side-burner!

We also added some amenities to the inside of the house! We installed a great air conditioner/heater in the master bedroom for extra personalized comfort! We've also added ceiling fans in each of the remaining bedrooms. For those of you who love long hot showers... You will enjoy our new on-demand tankless water heater!
